Gums above my upper teeth are numb/tingly/weird sensation? And tooth question?

I'm 12 and the gums above my upper teeth have a tingly/numb/weird sensation? It's not bleeding or anything, but yeah. I skip brushing my teeth in the morning sometimes and chew gum or something cause usually I'm too tired to...should I start brushing my teeth more, is this why my gums feel all weird?

And is it natural for your adult (mostly front teeth) to wiggle just a LITTLE bit. Like if you touch it and wiggle it a little? Like a 1mm?
